All orders are shipped via DHL express

Due to the change in the internal management policy, the U.S. official website, which was operated and managed by the Canadian team, is operated at its Korea headquarters from January 20. 2020. Accordingly, all services including order and shipment which occurs from January 20. 2020, is provided hannah Korea headquarters. Regardless of the order amount, all shipments will be shipped directly from South Korea to whole regions of the U.S.

 

DHL express : Shipments take 2-5 business days to major urban centers in USA. Tracking information will be provided to you once your order is shipped.

Please note additional time may be required at customs when crossing the border. Add additional 5-7 business days for areas outside of major urban centers.

 Order Processing Times

All online orders will be mailed out within 2-3 business days, unless there is an unexpected delay. Please note that orders placed during a sale may take a few extra days to ship due to increased order volume.

Since all orders are shipped from South Korea, all shipments are subject to customs inspection at the border for duties and taxes. If charged, it is the customer's responsibility.

Any returned mail due to address errors by the customer, the order will be resent only if the new shipping costs have been paid by the customer.  For undeliveries / deliveries to wrong address due to address errors by the customer, G&E Healthcare Co., Ltd. has no responsibility to send out the order again.
